▍Checkout Process
After adding items to your cart, click the cart icon and then select "Proceed to checkout" to begin the checkout process. Please refer to the example below for a step-by-step guide.

Once you have completed the billing information, click "Place Order" to proceed to the payment page.
If you selected Convenience Store Pickup as your shipping method, clicking "Place Order" will first redirect you to a page where you can choose your pickup location. After selecting the store, you will then be taken to the payment page.
▍Payment Methods
We offer the following three payment options: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, CVS Payment.
Our website uses ECPay as the payment service provider. During checkout, you will be redirected to ECPay's secure payment page to complete your payment.

▍Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options: Convenience Store Pickup (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, OK Mart) and Registered Mail via Chunghwa Post.
At this time, we are unable to offer delivery time-slot selection. Thank you for your understanding.
▍Shipping & Delivery Information
For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date stated on the pre-order product page.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Registered Mail typically takes approximately 2–3 business days, while Convenience Store Pickup usually takes around 3 days. Delivery to offshore islands may take longer, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.。
All shipping and delivery times listed above are estimates under normal circumstances.
Delays may occur due to factors such as peak holiday seasons, typhoons or earthquakes, incorrect shipping information, or the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
▍Invoice Information
All orders placed on this website include a manual paper invoice. If you require a three-part tax invoice for business reimbursement, please enter your company name and tax ID number in the Invoice Information section during checkout.
