Every soul placed on this compact four-by-four board flips the colours of its neighbours. Form a line and reap the souls—but watch the opportunities you leave behind. Elegant rules meet character powers in a thoughtful duel with a wonderfully gentle appearance.
In the simple mode, take a soul from the supply and place it on an empty space of the 4×4 board with either colour up. Both players can use both colours.
Flip every soul orthogonally adjacent to the one you placed, not the diagonal neighbours.
After flipping, return a line of four matching souls—horizontal, vertical or diagonal—to the supply and take a token. Collect at most one set per turn. First to three sets wins in simple mode; standard mode adds character powers.
